| This new Heart Zones Program offers clubs, individuals, and facilities a whole new way to do cardio-training using power meters and power training program using the Keiser M-3 IC (indoor cycle) that features a console dashboard with heart rate, speed, distance, and power-watts (power meter) displayed. Led by one of America’s most experienced outdoor and indoor cyclists, Heart Zones Master Instructor Gene Nacey, the new club program provides both new and experienced indoor and outdoor cycling instructors and coaches the opportunity to lead this new program, Power Training for cycling and other cardio equipment. |

| Fresh Off The Couch |

Fresh Off the Couch is an 8-hour program for health-seeking individuals, fitness professionals, and social workers/health professionals. By taking this course you learn a fresh set of mental and emotional tools that motivate without using stress or fear.
This playful approach to using Heart Zones Training is for beginners and those returning to fitness. Our goal is to help participants reconnect to their physical bodies with the goal of improving individual fitness and therefore improving the quality of daily living. Each participant will leave the course knowing how to use a heart rate monitor and with a personalized plan to reach their goals including a better understanding of how to improve fitness no matter what the starting point. |

This new Heart Zones Program offers clubs and organizations the means to provide an exciting and innovative youth fitness program emphasizing cardio-fitness and heart health. This program not only provides a fitness opportunity for America's youth and a step away from the childcare trend of many clubs, but teaches the instructors how to motivate kids to embrace their own health and fitness, thus directing them to a new healthier lifestyle well into adulthood.
Through creative learning and energized activities with music, technology, and teamwork, Kids To The Max offers a fresh new insight into changing the dramatic obesity and diabetes epidemics affecting youth today.
