Chuck Cali, 57, has lived his life on the cutting edge. As the President of Zoning Fitness, the new health and fitness program that uses the 3 Steps of cardio, Chuck is an evangelist for indoor and outdoor cycling. With a business background that started in aerospace but lead him to landing on the bike to help others get and stay fit. Today, Chuck writes, speaks, teaches, and cajoles others to be active using the Zoning Fitness program using the Blink heart rate monitor, to flash easy blue-moderate yellow-and hard red following the 5-20-5 method always changing it up. Chuck is the author of Zoning Cycle Workbook for Instructors and Facility Managers.

Cindy Miller is the National Coach for Heart Zones Coaching. She has been coaching and training athletes and fitness trainers of all level for the past 20 years. She is a Master Heart Zones Trainer HZMT, a certified Lifestyle-Weight Management expert, a Level 2 USA Triathlon coach. She holds a lifetime secondary teaching certification in Physical Education and Health Science. Cris Kessler has a MSW from the University of Washington. She is a Heart Zones Certified Level 3 Coach and Personal Trainer at Anderson Nautilus Fitness Center in Seattle. Cris is also adjunct faculty at the Graduate School of Social Work, University of Washington, Seattle and faculty for the William Glasser Institute. Cris has been a Social Worker for over 25 years and a Heart Zones Trainer for the past five years. She has raced in triathlons for the last 12 years finishing in the top three in her weight and age class for both Olympic and Half Ironman distances. Cris is co- author with Marla Fields of the new book, Fresh Off the Couch and co-founder of Cognitive Fitness, LLC, a company created to teach those who want to be fit how to use their heart to change their mind about fitness.
