Alex joined the Heart Zones team officially in early 2015. Having met Sally on a plane during college in 2010, the two stayed in touch for the next few years before deciding to work together formally in March of 2015. Alex has been in the digital marketing world since the beginning of 2013 and specializes in search marketing and understanding customer acquisition, particularly through SEO.
Alex’s loves working with Heart Zones, Inc to help educate the fitness community on how to connect the dots between data from bio-feedback devices and to turn that information into actionable fitness prescriptions. With a background and enthusiasm for data analytics Alex aims to help the team effectively market Heart Zones as a company that connects those dots for individuals of all ages through its different product and service offerings. His goal is to help grow the entire Heart Zones brand through search, social, content and email marketing.
Alex graduated from the University of the Pacific, just about an hour from the Heart Zones, Inc Sacramento headquarters, where he was a 4-year collegiate golfer and came away with Academic All-American honors. In his spare time you will find Alex spending time with his wife Carolyn, running and training for half marathons, playing golf or enjoying time with friends and family in his home town of Charlotte, NC.
