For the past 25 years, Diane Lydon has supported the mission of Heart Zones – to help get folks get fit worldwide – by managing events and promoting the Heart Zones brand. Today, Diane is the Director of International Business Development overseeing the rapid international expansion of Heart Zones methodology and technology. Additionally, she is the Director of Heart Zones CYCLING, one of the many health club and studio programs and the companion group technology developed for indoor cycling and marketed by Heart Zones.
As a competitive swimmer and fitness buff, Diane has been involved in the health club programming and app development that is one of the foundations of Heart Zones education and training activities. Prior to working with Heart Zones, Diane worked as a consultant specializing in marketing communications for global fitness brands. She writes and edits for health and fitness brands to provide them with the latest intel and trends in the fitness and wellness domain.
A Sacramento, California native, Diane prefers to call Nice, France her home frequently traveling between the two. Fluent in French, Diane loves international travel and encourages those companies and individuals seeking support for their individual or group programs to use the Heart Zones Smart Fitness programs — smart devices coupled with smart and active individuals.
