Reid Tileston is a certified Heart Zones Trainer, Ironman finisher, a multi-sport adventure racer, and successful entrepreneur whose career mission is to help people get more out of their lives. As an Eagle Scout in his youth, Reid fell in love with outdoor education and is a graduate of the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS). Reid is also a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley (BA) and the University of Chicago (Booth) School of Business (MBA).

Reid started his business career at a venture capital firm in the San Francisco Bay area. His first taste of entrepreneurship was starting and operating a chain of fitness clubs in Northern California, which he still owns and runs today.

Following his passion for health and fitness, Reid has taken a number of different positions including one with Tough Mudder, the largest endurance challenge provider, worked a stint at Microsoft in enterprise sales, and Gympass, a fitness discovery platform.

Outside of the workplace, Reid is an Ironman 140.6 distance triathlete, mountaineer, award winning public speaker, and founder of Quest for Adventure (a non-profit that raises scholarship money for students that aspire to pursue a career in fitness). Reid lives in San Francisco, California where he trains, works with Heart Zones, Inc. and manages his health club.
